Tradeify rules: Select, then Flex or Daily
Tradeify's Select evaluation has one target and one end-of-day trailing drawdown per size, no daily loss limit, a 3-day minimum and a 40% consistency rule. The interesting part comes after you pass: you choose Select Flex (payouts every 5 winning days, no daily limit) or Select Daily (daily payouts, but a daily loss limit and a smaller drawdown), and the choice is permanent.

Select evaluation by size
| 25K | 50K | 100K | 150K | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Target | $1,500 | $3,000 | $6,000 | $9,000 |
| EOD drawdown | $1,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 | $4,500 |
| Contracts | Check firm | 4 / 40 micros | 8 / 80 | 12 / 120 |
Tradeify's help articles disagree on the 25K contract limit, so check it in your dashboard. 50K accounts bought before the new dashboard keep a $2,500 target. Prices were promotional when we checked, around $107 to $111 for the 50K one-time, so confirm on Tradeify's site.
The 40% rule in numbers
You need $3,000. On day 2 you have a great session and make $1,500. With a 40% cap, that day can only be 40% of your total, so your total profit needs to reach $3,750 ($1,500 divided by 0.40) before it fits.
In practice: one big day moves your real target. Traders risking $200 per trade with a 2R target make about $400 on a good trade. Four or five good days of $600 to $800 pass a 50K cleanly; one $1,500 day forces another $2,250 of profit spread over more days.
Check Tradeify's help centre for exactly how an over-cap day is treated on your account.
Flex or Daily: the permanent choice
| Funded, 50K | Select Flex | Select Daily |
|---|---|---|
| Drawdown | $2,000 EOD | $2,000 |
| Daily loss limit | None | $1,000 (pauses session) |
| Payout trigger | Every 5 winning days of $150+ | Daily |
| Payout size | Up to 50% of profit | Up to 2x profit since last payout |
| Cap per payout (bought after 1 Sep 2026) | $2,500 | $1,250 |
| Buffer | None | $2,100 |
On Flex the drawdown locks at starting balance plus $100 ($50,100) once your end-of-day balance reaches $52,100, or when you first request a payout. Split is 90/10 with a $250 minimum. Accounts bought before 1 September 2026 keep the older, higher caps.
Rules that apply everywhere
- Flat by 4:45 PM ET (12:59 PM ET on early-close holidays). The auto-close is not a failure.
- Microscalping (funded): more than 50% of trades and more than 50% of profit must come from holds longer than 10 seconds.
- Bots: allowed if you own them exclusively and they are not HFT.
- Copy trading: only between your own accounts, all in the same direction.
- Limits: up to 5 funded accounts, and at least 1 trade a week.
Common Tradeify mistakes
Daily pays faster but adds a $1,000 daily limit and smaller caps. Traders with big swing days often fit Flex better.
The 40% rule turns a hero day into a higher target. Cutting size after a big day is cheaper than chasing.
A fast-scalping style that passed the evaluation can fail the microscalping test on the funded account.
Spreading profit for the 40% rule
The cleanest way to pass a 50K Select with the 40% rule is to cap your own good days. Decide that no day will close above $1,000, which is 33% of the $3,000 target. Once you are up $1,000 on the day, stop. That gives you at least three days to pass, matching the 3-day minimum.
Risk per trade at $200 gives ten losses of drawdown room and lets a single 2R winner make $400. Two winners and a loss is a typical good day of about $600.
If you have already had a big day, work out your new target ($1,500 best day means $3,750 total) and plan the remaining days at a smaller size so none of them becomes the new best day.
Track Tradeify in the RB journal
There is no Tradeify preset yet, so set it up as Custom with dollar figures converted to percentages.

- In Risk Manager, add a prop account and pick Custom. For a 50K: target 6%, no daily limit, total drawdown 4%, trailing.
- Futures platforms do not run the RBSync EA, so import your fills from a CSV export of your platform (the journal reads NinjaTrader and Tradovate exports, and the generic CSV mapper handles others).
- After each session, check your best day against 40% of total profit.
- Once funded on Flex, count winning days of $150 or more toward your next payout.
- Use the trade duration stats to check that over half your trades and profit come from holds longer than 10 seconds.
Questions traders ask about Tradeify
Does Tradeify Select have a daily loss limit?
Not in the evaluation, and not on Select Flex. Select Daily adds one: $1,000 on the 50K, which pauses the session rather than failing the account.
What is Tradeify's consistency rule?
In the Select evaluation, no single day may be more than 40% of total profit. A 50% add-on is available. Funded accounts have no consistency rule.
Can I switch from Select Flex to Select Daily later?
No. You choose after passing and the choice is permanent.
