RB Trading Pro Journal offers a 7-day free trial to all new users. No payment information is required during the trial period. Your trial begins when you create an account and ends automatically after 7 days.
You will not be charged anything during your free trial. After the trial expires, you can choose to subscribe at $14.49/month to continue using the service.
RB Trading Pro Journal is offered as a monthly recurring subscription at $14.49 per month. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed.
You will receive a payment receipt from Stripe after each successful charge. You can view your billing history and manage your payment method at any time through the customer portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel:
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to a free/expired state and you will no longer be charged.
Your trade data and journal history remain saved on your device and are not deleted when you cancel. You can export your data at any time using the Export CSV feature inside the app.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with RB Trading Pro Journal, provided you have not made extensive use of the service (i.e. logged fewer than 10 trades during the paid period).
After the 7-day refund window, or if you have made significant use of the service, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. This is consistent with standard SaaS subscription policies.

Promotional codes, when provided, offer a discount or free period as described at the time of use. Promotional offers apply to the specified billing period only and do not affect subsequent renewals, which will be charged at the standard rate unless cancelled.
We review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue an appropriate credit or refund at our discretion.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
