RB Trading Pro Journal ("the Service") is a trading journal and analytics application at rbtrading.site: trade logging, performance analytics, calendars, planning tools, backtest replays and related features. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. You must be at least 18.
Your journal entries belong to you. The Service stores them in your browser first, with optional cloud backup, and you can export them at any time from within the app. How data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, cloud copies are removed as described there.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules; where practical we'll warn first.
Charts, market data and links (TradingView, market-data providers, brokers, Substack, Whop) belong to their providers, come "as is", and carry their own terms. Market data can be delayed or wrong; verify prices with your broker before acting.
Optional tools (MT4/MT5 sync, CSV import) transfer your trade history into your journal. They cannot place orders or move funds. Accuracy of imported data ultimately depends on your broker's records, reconcile against your official statements.
We aim to keep the Service fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve; anything that materially reduces what a paid plan includes will be communicated. Local-first storage means the core journal keeps working even when the network doesn't.
To the fullest extent the law allows: the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage; and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts, though we'd rather you emailed journal@rbtrading.site first, because almost everything can be fixed faster that way.
Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after that constitutes acceptance. If you don't accept a change, cancel and the old terms govern your remaining paid period.
