Short answer: the most common Tradervue complaint we found is billing. Its own pricing page says your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you switch to the free plan, and 6 of the 10 low-star reviews we read mention being charged after cancelling or not finding a way to cancel. For forex and prop traders, RB Trading Pro Journal; for US stock and options depth, TradesViz; for broker import breadth, TraderSync; for a yearly price, Edgewonk.
Disclosure
Worried about being charged after you cancel? Cancel or pause billing for two months from Settings. Pro is refundable in full for 30 days, and you can export every trade after cancelling.

Pro is $29.99 a month. Refund in full within 30 days of your first payment, one email to journal@rbtrading.site.
The trial rolls into a charge. Tradervue’s pricing page says a trial starts on signup and the card is charged when it ends unless you switch to free. It shows no refund or cancel terms (tradervue.com/site/pricing, checked 30 Oct 2026).
Charged after cancelling. We read the 1 and 2 star Tradervue reviews on Trustpilot on 29 Oct 2026. Tradervue is rated 2.2 there from only 11 reviews and the profile is unclaimed, so this is a tiny sample. Even so, 6 of the 10 we read were about billing: charges after cancelling, or no clear cancel button. A few also mention slow support and bugs.
None of that makes Tradervue a bad journal. It does mean the first question to ask any alternative is how you get out.

Trades arrive through a read-only RBSync add-on in your own MT4, MT5 or cTrader terminal, about a minute after each close, with no password asked for. The Prop Tracker shows the drawdown room left on every challenge, with breach alerts as you near a limit, and AI reviews name the habits that cost you. Free for your first 50 trades with no card; Pro is $29.99 a month or $299 a year.
On the billing pain specifically: cancel in Settings or pause billing for two months, Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for and then drops to the free plan, a full refund is one email within 30 days of your first payment, and you can export every trade after cancelling.
