Built for DXtrade Traders

Your prop firm put you on DXtrade.
It will not tell you why you keep failing.

DXtrade is built for the firm, not for you. It clears your orders and shows a balance, and that is roughly where it stops. RB Trading turns that same history into your worst setups named, prop drawdown tracked live against real equity, and AI reviewing every trade. $29.99/month, 30-day money-back guarantee.

How do I export my trade history from DXtrade?

Updated 20 October 2026

Open the Settings menu in the top right of DXtrade, choose Account Statement, pick the account and period and save the statement as a PDF. Drop the PDF into the journal’s Import window: it reads the trades, the commission, the overnight financing and any open positions.

Export from DXtrade

  1. Open the Settings menu. In DXtrade, open the Settings menu in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Account Statement. Click Account Statement.
  3. Pick the account and period. Select the trading account and the time period the statement should cover, then generate it.
  4. Save it as a PDF. Keep the file as it is. If you cannot see Account Statement, ask your prop firm: the firm, not DXtrade, decides what its platform shows.

Import it into the journal

  1. Pick the account. Sign in to the journal and select the account these trades belong to in the sidebar. Imports go into one account, so leave the combined view first.
  2. Open Import. Click Import in the top bar. It is there on every page of the journal.
  3. Drop the file. Drag the PDF statement onto the upload zone, or click the zone to browse. The format is read from the file itself, so there is nothing to choose.
  4. Check the preview. It shows how many trades were found, the wins and losses and their total result. If the count looks wrong, close the window and check the export.
  5. Click Import Trades. Trades already in the journal are recognised by ticket number and by price and date, and skipped, so importing the same file again only adds what is new. If some rows match trades you typed in by hand, choose Skip duplicates only.

What the file brings in

  • Each round trip appears as two rows in the statement’s Transactions table, an opening fill and a closing fill. The journal pairs them into one trade.
  • Profit is the Settled PnL on the closing fill, the broker’s own figure, with the commission from the same row. Overnight financing is read from the Financing section as swap.
  • Open positions in the statement come in as open trades, with their stop loss and take profit. The account balance and deposit are read from the summary.
  • DXtrade records stop loss and take profit only on open positions, never on closed trades, so closed history has no R until you add the stop.

DXtrade statements in, whatever your firm allows

Some firms running DXtrade expose a CSV, others only a PDF statement. Either way the trades come in, and the prop tracker takes it from there.

PDF when the firm hides CSV
The importer reads a DXtrade PDF statement the same way as a CSV, so a firm that only offers the PDF does not stop you journaling.
Open positions included
Open trades in the statement land as open, with floating profit feeding the prop tracker so today's room moves with the market.
Your firm's limits, set once
Enter the daily and overall limits your firm sets on the account, and every statement you import updates the room you have left.
Partial exits, one trade
A position closed in several parts shows as one trade with each exit listed, scored on the risk you took at entry.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does DXtrade have a trading journal?

Not in any real sense. DXtrade is an execution and clearing platform built for the prop firm, so you get order history and a balance, but no win-rate breakdown, no R-multiples and no rule tracking of your own. That is the gap a dedicated journal fills.

How do I export my trade history from DXtrade?

Open the Settings menu in the top right of DXtrade, choose Account Statement, select the account and the time period, and save the statement as a PDF. In the journal, pick the account, click Import in the top bar and drop the PDF. It reads the Transactions, Financing and Open Positions sections, so commission, swap and open trades come in too. Closed trades carry no stop loss or take profit, because DXtrade only records those on open positions.

Will it track my prop firm rules from DXtrade data?

Yes. Set your firm and account size once and the journal tracks your daily loss limit, maximum drawdown and profit target against live equity, warning you as you approach each one rather than after you have breached it.
